Los Ranchos Estates is a neighborhood in Coto de Caza. Meaning hunting preserve in Spanish, Coto De Caza is a guard-gated private community in Orange County, California. This rural community is one of Orange County’s oldest planned communities and was made famous by The Real Housewives of Orange County, as the gates have been featured prominently on the show opener. It boasts an equestrian center as well as a country club and a General Store owned by the same family that’s run the store, deli and soda fountain since 1988.
